Client satisfaction and care is of utmost importance to us. However, we cannot control your individual healed results. There is no guarantee with permanent make-up procedures and how they will heal from person to person. Factors to be considered in the healing process are; lifestyle, skin type, skincare and after care protocols.

A $100 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment.

Clients must provide at least 72 hours notice to reschedule their appointment. The $100 deposit will be transferred to the new appointment.

If you are going to be late or cannot make your appointment due to unforeseen circumstances, please contact me as soon as possible. Clients who arrive over 15 minutes late may result in a deposit forfeit and cancellation of their appointment.

We request a 72 hour notice for cancellations. Keep in mind your deposit is non-refundable.

Cash, debit, and all major credit cards are accepted. 3% fee is applied to credit card use. No refunds are provided on any completed service(s). For deposits online, payments are done through PayPal only.
