Beauty and Brows RX: Course Enrollment & Attendance Policy

At Beauty and Brows RX, we are dedicated to providing an exceptional learning experience in Microblading and Machine Shading. To ensure the highest quality of instruction and a fair environment for all our students, please carefully review our policy below. Your enrollment signifies your understanding and agreement with these terms.

1. Course Enrollment & Non-Refundable Booking Fee

To secure your place in our specialized Microblading and Machine Shading program, a non-refundable booking fee of $1000 CAD is required at the time of registration. This fee guarantees your seat in a limited-capacity class and allows us to make necessary preparations, including ordering your kit and securing models.

• Non-Refundable: This booking fee is strictly non-refundable once paid.

• Non-Transferable (Person): The booking fee cannot be transferred to another individual.

• Non-Transferable (Date): The booking fee is specifically for your selected class date(s) and cannot be transferred to a different course date or time. Please choose your dates carefully.

• Credit Towards Tuition: The $1000 CAD booking fee will be fully applied as a credit towards your total course tuition.

2. Payment of Remaining Balance

The outstanding balance of your course tuition is due in full on Day 1 of your scheduled class. For your convenience, we accept payment via:

• Bank e-Transfer

• Cash

• Credit Card (please note any applicable processing fees for credit card payments)

Please plan accordingly to ensure your payment is ready on the first day to avoid any interruption to your training.

3. Class Dates & Rescheduling

Our course dates are set to provide a structured and comprehensive learning path.

• No Class Date Changes: Once a class date is booked and the booking fee is paid, changes to your class date(s) are not permitted. We understand unforeseen circumstances can arise, but due to the intensive nature of our program and limited availability, we are unable to accommodate date changes.

• Cancellation by Student: Should you need to cancel your enrollment for any reason after the booking fee is paid, please be aware that the booking fee is non-refundable as per Section 1. All subsequent payments made towards the course are also non-refundable (see Section 6).

4. Attendance & Punctuality

Consistent attendance and punctuality are crucial for your success in this accelerated program.

• No-Shows: If you are a "no-show" for any scheduled class day, that missed day will not be able to be rebooked or made up. You will forfeit the content and practical experience for that specific day.

• Late Arrival Notification: If you anticipate being late for class, you must inform your instructor at least two (2) hours prior to the scheduled class start time. This allows us to make minor adjustments without significantly impacting the learning of other students. Excessive tardiness, even with notification, may result in missing critical information or practical time, which will not be re-taught or compensated.

• Early Departure: Students are expected to remain for the entirety of each class day. Early departures must be communicated to the instructor in advance. Missed content due to early departure will not be re-taught.

5. All Payments Are Non-Refundable

Beyond the initial non-refundable booking fee, all subsequent payments made towards your course tuition are also strictly non-refundable. This policy is in place due to the significant preparation, resources, and individualized attention allocated to each student upon enrollment.

6. Health & Safety Protocols

Your safety and the safety of our instructors and models are paramount.

• Current Health Guidelines: Students must adhere to all current provincial and local health and safety regulations applicable to cosmetic tattooing and educational settings.

• Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Appropriate PPE will be required and provided during practical sessions.

• Communicable Illness: If you are experiencing symptoms of a communicable illness, please notify us immediately. We will discuss appropriate steps, which may include delaying your course start if feasible for both parties, though standard rescheduling policies (Section 3) may still apply.

7. Certification Requirements

Successful completion of the Beauty and Brows RX Microblading and Machine Shading program and receipt of your certificate requires:

• Full Attendance: Attending all scheduled class days.

• Demonstrated Competency: Successfully demonstrating proficiency in all required practical skills.

• Theoretical Understanding: Passing any theoretical assessments.

• Full Tuition Payment: All course fees must be paid in full.

8. Student Conduct

We foster a supportive and respectful learning environment. Students are expected to:

• Maintain a professional and respectful demeanor towards instructors, models, and fellow students.

• Adhere to all instructions and safety guidelines provided by the instructor.

• Focus on their training and minimize distractions.

9. Liability Waiver

Prior to the start of class, all students will be required to sign a comprehensive liability waiver. This waiver outlines the inherent risks associated with permanent makeup procedures and training, and releases Beauty and Brows RX, its instructors, and affiliates from liability for any unforeseen incidents or outcomes, provided due care and adherence to safety protocols were observed.

10. Disclaimer on Results

While Beauty and Brows RX provides thorough training and aims for all students to achieve mastery, individual results in client work can vary. Factors such as client skin type, aftercare adherence, and natural healing processes are beyond the control of the artist. Our training focuses on equipping you with the best possible techniques and knowledge to manage these variables.
